A little about me and KC

Hi my name is Keri! For those that don't know me I am a mom of 3 boys and married to my wonderful husband, Jake. This is the story of how Karebear Creations came to be...

It all started back in December of 2021. I had just received my birthday/Christmas gift - a Cricut and a Cricut Easy Press. I was super excited to play with it and learn how to do all the things. I jumped right in and began making simple gifts for loved ones but wanted to expand. Eventually people were asking me to make them a personalized key chain or a personalized shirt. It was then I decided I wanted to try to make this into a part time side gig eventually.

I had all these crazy ideas and started collecting more and more crafting supplies and tools. However, I lacked one thing.... an actual plan. Then one day I came home to a cleaned-out area and my computer screen on with a "KAREBEAR CREATIONS" page displayed. My husband had decided to take my childhood nickname "Karebear" and turn into a fun and creative business name. With that... Karebear Creations was born! (Fun fact...my first and middle initials are KC!) 🤩

We took this and ran. I started making things and hitting up vendor markets with my BFF.  As time passed, I made shirts for a local youth soccer team, shirts for a local volleyball club, gender reveal shirts for a gender reveal party, etc. Things were going well but as I took on a new job and went back to school again, I had to put this on the back burner. 

As of June 2025 I am now back at it and ready to restart Karebear Creations with a new branding and new products!
